Tobias has a depth of experience across all visa streams, including work, partnership, education, investor, business, appeals and humanitarian cases. He has worked with hundreds of clients to help them achieve success outcomes, including successful Immigration Tribunal and Ministerial Appeals. Tobias particularly enjoys the ‘hard’ cases. His in-depth knowledge of the visa system and immigration law allows him to give the right advice to his clients and solve seemingly impossible problems.
In addition to his immigration work, Tobias is completing a Bachelor of Laws, serves on two community boards and is father to two wonderful children. His wife, who was born in Hiroshima, is a mental health nurse working in the New Zealand medical system. Tobias loves sailing, spending time in the mountains and helping people in need.

広島出身の妻を持ち日本語を話すトビアスは、日本の文化にも詳しく、休日には家族と趣味の相撲、料理、キャンピングなどを楽しむ。
Mei was born in Tokyo and moved to New Zealand at age 16 to have an experience overseas. She loved New Zealand from the start and completed high school at Rotorua Lakes High School, making great friends and discovering a love of nature. She understands the experience of moving country and studying aboard first hand and is passionate about helping others discover what New Zealand has to offer. Mei is developing as a Licensed Adviser and aspires to be the best Japanese Immigration Adviser she can. She enjoys discovering new restaurants and exploring everything New Zealand’s natural landscape has to offer. She can be frequently found swimming at the beach or paddle-boarding across the lake.

自身の経験から、留学、就職、移住がもたらす移民へのストレスや苦悩を深く理解しており、同じような境遇の人のためにアドバイザーとして働くことを決意。2024年から移民アドバイザーとしてトビアスの元で働く。
ニュージーランド国内の美しい景色を楽しむのはもちろん、美味しいレストランを探すことも趣味。夏は主に美しい海や湖で休暇を過ごす。
Isabel La Macchia is a licensed immigration adviser. Isabel is Brazilian and used to be a qualified lawyer in Brazil until she moved to New Zealand with her husband in 2015.
Being a migrant herself, she has seen the various struggles other migrants go through. She decided to study immigration advice and became passionate about assisting people to come to New Zealand and contribute to the country with their great skills.
In her free time, Isabel loves spending time with her husband, two daughters and her friends, playing capoeira, and engaging in outdoor activities.

Gurleen was born in Chandigarh, India, and has made New Zealand her home for the last 20 years. She has lived in Auckland and Tauranga, and finally upgraded to Hamilton.
Always having a keen eye for detail and an interest in design, she completed her Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design from the University of Waikato, and worked in various marketing teams within the corporate sector.
Gurleen is dedicated to helping migrants settle in New Zealand and is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English. Outside of work, she loves learning new things, reading, and traveling. Gurleen and her husband are also small business owners and they enjoy a busy life with their energetic little ones who keep them on their toes!
With existing qualifications in Management and Business, Cherie began her immigration career in corporate relocations. Relocating all types of employees from CEO’s to miners gave a comprehensive insight into the entire migration process. Finding homes and schools for migrant families inspired a passion for truly helping people to find their place in New Zealand.
Cherie became a fully licensed Immigration Advisor in 2009. Her excellent standards and systematic approach delivered consistent results, and she gained extensive internal connections working with a large number of specialised colleagues.
Shifting the focus to boutique services, Cherie now dedicates her time to delivering high contact and high-quality customer experiences specialising in readying employers to recruit offshore talent and managing the immigration requirements for their new and existing employees.
Cherie is solution focused, relatable, and highly qualified to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner.
