Tobias has a depth of experience across all visa streams, including work, partnership, education, investor, business, appeals and humanitarian cases. He has worked with hundreds of clients to help them achieve success outcomes, including successful Immigration Tribunal and Ministerial Appeals. Tobias particularly enjoys the ‘hard’ cases. His in-depth knowledge of the visa system and immigration law allows him to give the right advice to his clients and solve seemingly impossible problems.
In addition to his immigration work, Tobias is completing a Bachelor of Laws, serves on two community boards and is father to two wonderful children. His wife, who was born in Hiroshima, is a mental health nurse working in the New Zealand medical system. Tobias loves sailing, spending time in the mountains and helping people in need.

全てのビザカテゴリーに精通するアドバイザーであり、時に単独で移民保護裁判所の法定代理人として出廷する。ほぼ全てのビザ申請を成功に導くエキスパート。持ち前の法律知識、ビザ査定システムへの理解と鋭い分析力で難しいと言われるケースも難なくこなす。
広島出身の妻を持ち日本語を話すトビアスは、日本の文化にも詳しく、休日には家族と趣味の相撲、料理、キャンピングなどを楽しむ。
Mei was born in Tokyo and moved to New Zealand at age 16 to have an experience overseas. She loved New Zealand from the start and completed high school at Rotorua Lakes High School, making great friends and discovering a love of nature. She understands the experience of moving country and studying aboard first hand and is passionate about helping others discover what New Zealand has to offer. Mei is developing as a Licensed Adviser and aspires to be the best Japanese Immigration Adviser she can. She enjoys discovering new restaurants and exploring everything New Zealand’s natural landscape has to offer. She can be frequently found swimming at the beach or paddle-boarding across the lake.
16歳でリアルな英語を学ぶため、ニュージーランドのロトルアに渡航。多民国家であるニュージーランドに魅せられた異文化交流に心を惹かれ、ロトルアの高校に入学。卒業後、ハミルトンに引っ越しワイカト大学に入学。大学卒業後、ニュージーランドの永住権を取得。現在の移民法最高学位であるGDNZIAの取得に励む（2026年取得予定）。
自身の経験から、留学、就職、移住がもたらす移民へのストレスや苦悩を深く理解しており、同じような境遇の人のためにアドバイザーとして働くことを決意。2024年から移民アドバイザーとしてトビアスの元で働く。
ニュージーランド国内の美しい景色を楽しむのはもちろん、美味しいレストランを探すことも趣味。夏は主に美しい海や湖で休暇を過ごす。
Isabel La Macchia is a licensed immigration adviser. Isabel is Brazilian and used to be a qualified lawyer in Brazil until she moved to New Zealand with her husband in 2015.
Being a migrant herself, she has seen the various struggles other migrants go through. She decided to study immigration advice and became passionate about assisting people to come to New Zealand and contribute to the country with their great skills.
In her free time, Isabel loves spending time with her husband, two daughters and her friends, playing capoeira, and engaging in outdoor activities.
